Potato Goulash

1 lb. - Hot Dogs, cut into pieces.
2 slices - diced Bacon
1⁄2 Cup - chopped Onion
6 cups - diced raw Potatoes
1 1⁄2 cups - water
1 1⁄2 tsp. - Paprika 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1⁄2 tsp. - Cider Vinegar


                           

• Instructions

Fry bacon till crisp and remove. Add onion in the bacon fat and cook till golden and tender. Add potatoes, bacon and remaining ingredents. Cook till tender stirring off and on.
