1 pkg. dry yeast1 Cup warm water (105°-115°) 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 2 Tablespoon oil 2 1/2 C flour (sometimes use 1/2 whole wheat)
Instructions
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in sugar, salt, salad oil, and flour.
Beat vigously about 20 strokes, allow dough to rest about 5 minutes.
oven 425° Makes 2- 10 inch or 1- 14 inch crust.
